About Marie-Hélène
Following a career change after several years in the aviation industry, I turned to massage therapy in 2016. This transition allowed me to utilize my sense of rigor, listening and service, while moving towards a profession focused on well-being and overall health.
As a passionate runner and CrossFit enthusiast, I understand the physical demands of an active lifestyle, as well as the impact of repetitive strain and poor posture, particularly in the workplace. These personal experiences inform my practice and allow me to tailor my treatments to each individual's needs.
I am a massage therapist, kinesiologist and orthotherapist. I specialize in the treatment of muscle pain associated with poor work postures, chronic tension and muscle imbalances.
My greatest satisfaction is helping my clients regain better muscle balance, greater freedom of movement and lasting daily comfort, through an approach that is precise, effective and humane.
