LAW 25: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
In accordance with Law 25 on the protection of personal information in the private sector, and as a self-employed Physiotherapist and director of the Kinesis Center, I, Yanic Szöghy, assume the role of Personal Information Protection Officer for my office in practice private.
In the event of a confidentiality incident involving personal information, I must take reasonable measures to reduce the risk of harm being caused to the persons concerned and prevent new incidents of the same nature from occurring; notify the Commission for Access to Information (CAI) and the person concerned if the incident presents a risk of serious harm; keep a register of incidents, a copy of which must be sent to the CAI upon request. Note that each professional working within the Kinesis Center is self-employed and has full responsibility for respecting their obligations regarding the protection of the personal data of each of their clients.
