Techniques:
Release of muscular tension through myofascial stretching and massage of deep tissues and adjacent structures. Use of various techniques such as contract-release, active-release, trigger points, kinesiological taping, passive mobilizations and muscle tension lifts.

Presentation:
Rébecca is a young therapist passionate about physical activity and the human body. It uses an approach aimed at evaluating the body as a whole in order to better understand its biomechanics and to target the origin of certain imbalances that can lead to discomfort.

Her keen listening skills and openness to her clients make her an excellent therapist. In addition, to complement her manual therapy, Rébecca will prescribe personalized exercises to help you take control of your healing process.
