Jean-Philippe Longval

ostéopathe

I have always been passionate and intrigued by the effectiveness of manual therapies in improving a person's quality of life. I therefore completed my studies in physiotherapy (Physical rehabilitation techniques) as well as in osteopathy in order to use the appropriate techniques in my practice, guided by an understanding of the functioning of the human body. My sense of analysis makes me an osteopath who relies on biomechanics while remaining attentive to the needs of each individual. Although osteopathy is known for its overall care of the body, it is important in my opinion to first pay particular attention to areas of discomfort. A comprehensive work is then applied to give the body all the tools necessary for an optimal return of its functions. As a teacher of osteopathy and physiotherapy techniques, popularization is my best assistant during an osteopathic session. I am convinced that a better understanding of one's physical condition is necessary for its improvement.
