Masso-physiotherapist and Specialist in Physical Conditioning and Shaping

The human body is the center of my passion, my interest and my fascination. I can't find anything that equals this evolutionary feat. Starting from the desire to provide well-being to anyone who needs it, since my adolescence I have found myself looking for ways to provide this well-being through the power of my hands, without going through drugs or other means. invasive. Being able to reduce pain, correct a problem or provide relaxation by the sole power of touch was my initial motivation for my choice of profession. To be thanked for having reduced a pain by the intervention of my hands alone is worth the greatest reward in the world. My desire to want to help people feel better drives me and is my raison d'être. It is in this perspective that I began studies to both deepen my knowledge and broaden this horizon of procuration of well-being. As a result, the course of things was such that, and to complete this help table, I began studies in physical fitness to improve the health of people who may also not suffer from problems, or to help them have a better quality of life. Treating, correcting, improving and perfecting the body sees its effects rebound beyond the physical. Indeed, well-being is reflected in morale, self-esteem and self-confidence. A complete approach that makes the subject see himself in better harmony with his surroundings. And for me, this has a primordial value!

My path in Masso-Kinesitherapy began more than 10 years ago. Initially trained in Physiotherapy (outside Canada), I focused on the manual side of massage therapy and physiotherapy. I specialized in Fasciatherapy and Mechanical Therapy, rehabilitation of vestibular vertigo and certified as a Fitness Trainer (Certified Fitness Trainer) and Exercise Therapist (Certified Fitness Therapist).

I owned and managed my own multi-purpose center for 10 years before moving to Montreal. I practiced Masso-Kinesitherapy and personalized sports training (Personal Training) there. Throughout this period, I focused on the treatment of pain in the spine and limbs; related to poor posture, muscle tension, headaches, tendonitis and various musculoskeletal injuries of traumatic or chronic origin.
My session approach focuses on listening from a quick and concise assessment, targeted relief of the cause of the pain and then working in a global vision to resolve the source of the problem and eliminate the cause. .

Dedicated sportsman, I have found myself in situations of pain and disability which have made me personally develop my empathy and understanding towards the pain of others, hence my gentle and deep approach to releasing tensions and tissue adhesions to restore the body's capacity, space and optimal mobility to self-recover for a solid and lasting well-being.
