Salomee Trudel
I became strongly curious and passionate about the many aspects of the mind-body connection just over 15 years ago. My personal quest to achieve more optimal health and a more serene mind led me to complete an intensive 18-month training in yoga teaching in Montreal. It was then that I realized that free body movement and a deep connection to the breath was key to my overall well-being. Over the years, I have continued to explore and deepen other fields of interest such as meditation, nutrition, fitness, crossfit, travel and the call of the wild! My passion for the human body and my innate desire to help others convinced me that this career was waiting for me. My treatments have the characteristic of combining the techniques that I master and the intuition that guides me. I will always keep my thirst for learning about body and mind and I will always continue to discover and share new ways to stay healthy throughout my life journey.
