  The very end of the winter season brings us to a natural need for change, it is proven that winter can cause a form of depression and gloom related to hibernation and lack of sunshine. A simple, easy and inexpensive way to break this rhythm is simply to take a walk while opening all your bodily senses to the renewal of nature.

  Breathe better, observe the changes in flowering, listen to the morning song of the birds. In short, to soak up the momentum that nature gives us to create our own, not that of the performance of its neighbor, but rather that which respects us in relation to our ability to keep it in its daily habits. A fair balance for oneself, without asking another person to accompany us because everyone has their own pace.

  Do not forget that it is also a period of silence that we offer ourselves, but also of introspection, of meditation on a subject that troubles us. Very often, throughout the walk, one ends up forgetting the thread of our thoughts related to our
initial concern and we allow ourselves to be won over by the appeal of the senses and the distraction of the moment. In the end, we realize that we have just created a vacuum and a psychological relaxation.

  Massage therapy operates in the same way to achieve psycho-corporal relaxation, it is an opportunity to take a break for yourself. A moment of calm and silence, to reconnect with touch, which is the very first sense to take shape in any living being.
