When fall rhymes with stress and anxiety …

Finding the rhythm, the dynamics and the organization is not at all a time to rest in this period of ‘back to school’. Whether you live it in a personal, professional or family way, it causes a lot stress and sometimes even anxiety! This is most of the time unconscious… we can’t seem to find time for ourselves.
