When back to school rhymes with stress and anxiety...

 

Finding the rhythm, the dynamics and the organization is not easy in this back-to-school period. Whether we experience it personally, professionally or as a family, it causes enough stress and sometimes even anxiety! It's most of the time unconscious… we can't take time, step back; nor even to take time for oneself.
