Orthotherapy is a part of alternative medicine. The work of the orthotherapist consists of relaxing, aligning, untwisting and loosening different body structures. First, the Swedish massage: slow, deep sedation and intramuscular. Then follows the other techniques: kinesitherapy, corrective exercises and finally, the mechanotherapy. In other words, the orthotherapist deals with the “body” instead of “engine”.
